Between Reaper, RME mixer and the 01v96 capabilities, I'm just overwhelmed with the options. But what I want to do is set up a logical and intuitive headphone monitor mix. I've got 16 ch I/O via ADAT and right now I'm sending ADAT 1&2 to my studio monitors. Those are my master outs from Reaper. I'd like to assign a monitor mix from Reaper to another set of outs on the Yamaha or perhaps I could send 14 ch's back and do my monitor mix in the Yamaha. I know there's no right or wrong to either way but maybe there are advantages to one way or the other. If anybody reads this and has some suggestions I'd like to hear them. Thanks.
