I'm looking for a quality, user friendly computor base wave editor.
I have seen a few, and I wanted to get possible recommandations of wave editors I could look into.
Ditto on C9-2001's picks. Wavelab or Sound Forge (I haven't used CE Pro).
My personal favorite is Wavelab; but the Wave Hammer in SF is almost worth the price of admission by itself. Also, I think SF is cheaper. I don't think you'd go too far wrong with either one.
A guy from Portugal, Gabriel Sousa, once showed up here and posted one question (he had a total of 6 posts only) that started a monster thread about audio software. It comes complete with an interesting poll. Here's the link. Kick back with a sixpack, you'll need it.
