ok this may be a dumb question, but can reason import samples of different formats, like roland or korg, or akai. I know halion can and I'm torn in between the 2

All i know is that it can, i think you have to import it to a specific sampler within Reason. Hopefully someone else can tell you which.

You can import .wav files into the redrum module.

You'd have to buy Recycle so you can convert loops to .rex files.

You'd have to get another program called Reload to convert Akai disks to useable .rfl or Refills as they are called.

Any other format is a no go....
