Quiet Power Supply

In the never ending quest to quiet my PC, I swapped power supplies. I tried 3, the original 'Powerman', Enermax 250W and an Enermax double fan 300W.

The double-fan Enermax EG301P-VE is a very quiet power supply, amazing how well I can hear my CPU fan now.

The next thing to fix. Problem is, it's a retail PIII Slot 1. Disassembling this thing looks like a real curse. If anyone has any suggestions on how to quiet the cpu fan, I like to hear them.
 
Em I dont know much about this but perhaps you could look into Carillion PCs. They are built specially for audio and are supposed to be almost totally silent. You could look to see what parts they use...
