I've used Protools LE 7.4 for years, and it still works really well with my Mac DP G4, but....every once in a while somehow a preference gets reset (probably I hit some shortcut without knowing it). Usually I can figure out what got changed by process of elimination, but this is a new one: When I process a region in a track with a plug-in from Audio Suite, the processed file shows up in the Region List but NOT on the waveform track itself. The waveform selected remains unchanged. Something must be set wrong in prefs. but I can't find it. Any help/suggestions GREATLY appreciated! - SOLVED! for future ref. and for anyone else who has this issue - the playlist button on one plugin was turned off. Not a preference issue after all. Interestingly, when the playlist button gets turned off on one plugin, they all seem to default to being off - hence the problem.
