I've been recording for 2 years with a 20 bit Layla by Echo and a few months ago when I moved my setup I noticed that I had to jiggle the power cord a little to get it to turn on. Since then it's worked fine until yesterday when I flipped the switch and the light didn't turn on. I had used it about twelve hours earlier and had no problems... nothing had changed. I would assume that there's an issue with the power where I'd had to jiggle the cord before, but it sounds like a fan or something starts running when I flip the switch. It doesn't make sense to me... even though it sounds like it powers up, the light doesn't turn on, none of my audio applications run and Echo reporter tells me to purchase a PCI BIOS. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for you're help,
