is Pro Tools EDU any different from the complete version?

I noticed that Pro Tools is sold by Guitar Center at two different prices. Avid Pro Tools10 is listed at $699.99 and Avid Pro Tools10 EDU institutional is listed at only $349.99. Is the institutional version limited at all, or is it just sold at a discounted price to Audio Engineering students?
 
it's sold at a discounted price for students, it's got everything the normal version does. And go to sweetwater, it's only $295, save yourself $50.
