This is major news..
Pro Tools is now available in a shareware version.
I downloaded it, salivated, then it interrupted my download, telling me that I need at least 128 megs RAM to run it. I only have 96 megs :(
I am going to buy an additional 64 megs this week-end.

Has anyone tried this free version yet?
If so-Please tell me what you think.
I'll retire my n-track if it's good!

If you go back to the Digidesign site. You will see that they have a BBS also.

People are saying that with this "freeware" version, they are experiencing a lot of problems.
