Please help with routing

Can someone please help me with routing my 1010?
Here's what I'm trying to do:

Monitors on outs 1/2
Headphone amp on outs 3/4

Synth on ins 1/2
Channel 1 of Compressor on in 3
Channel 2 of Compressor on in 4

Im getting frustrated with this big ass circle I find myself going in.
I can hear both through the monitors and through the phones. Same with my synth BUT not with the rest of the mix, I've played with the patchbay/router and can't get it. So I gave up and routed my monitors through my headphone amp which I really didn't want to do, is there a way that this can work out without having to route my monitors through the headphone amp? In the Echo console I used to combine outputs 1-4 and inputs 1-4 I believe, can I do this with the 1010? I did search here and tried a few things I came across but no luck.

Have you selected Monitor/Mixer in the patchbay router?

Yep, monitor mixer on H/W Out 1/2.
Today I can hear the synth in my phones while the mix is playing on my monitors or vice versa but once again not together unless ofcourse I'm running my monitors through the headphone amp, looks like this will have to be my temporary solution untill I can figure this out.
