PCI cards with ADAT Lightpipe

Alright... i got an ADAT XT-20, and i recently got a computer... the problem is the computer does not have a souncard (at least not for recording anyways). To transfer tracks from the ADAT to the computer, I'm guessing i'm going to need a soundcard with ADAT lightpipe inputs (but if theres another, cheaper way, please let me know). So my question is... for under $400, what is the best soundcard to get in this situation?? (a headphone/speaker output on the card would be nice also)
