PC Software Similar to Garageband?

Hi,

I am a Mac user and am doing some research for my sister, who is a PC user. She is a voice teacher and needs to have something for recording. What She needs is something that has some built in basic piano soft synth sounds that she can record via midi and record an audio track, then easily burn it as an audio CD. The simpler the better. She doesn't want something that will take forever to learn because she isn't going to use it for anything but voice lessons. Any suggestions?

The guys who wrote Garageband originally wrote Sony's ACID for the PC.

It's still a very good and intuitive program. She can download a demo from Sony's website.

Thanks, Man! I just tried out Steinberg's Sequel. I downloaded the trial and while it definitely does what she needs, I'm totally sold on it.
