Two things:
1. PC power supplies all cause constant barely audible audio hum, and I want one that minimizes this.
2. My computer makes a noticeable grumbling, almost morse code-like sound about every ten or fifteen minutes, and I assume it's because the power running into my house sucks and my power supply isn't correcting it to allow for a constant signal to go to my computer's components. If that's the true cause, I'd like a power supply that prevents this from happening and I'm wondering what specs I need to look forward when shopping. My best guess from reading stuff online today is that I need a power supply that has "Active Power Factor Correction" (PFC); is this right? If so, maybe it would be good for me to get something like the Antec EarthWatts 430.
