I'm looking for a good DAW to run on my G4 400 yikes machine with my delta 1010lt card in OS9 until I get my 1010 vs. OS 10.3.9 dilema sorted out.
My major concern is about 16 tks of audio not midi and I need to edit waves , run vsts, automate the mix and possibly run the odd track to ex. outboard gear. Cubase vst32 was doing the trick but not very well.
The purpose for this post is to hear from experience about older versions of different DAWs that work well, that I can look at to hold me over. I'm gonna be stuck in OS9 world till I get a newer machine which isn't in the budget at all.
I'm kinda curious about Digital Performer but not sure about card compatability.
