Need more Headphone outputs?

I need a separate channel for every set of headphones I will be using. How do I go about this?

I am using a Motu 896HD with Cubase 4. I am currently using up the available phones output on my motu and I don't want to just run a multi-channel headphone amp out of the one available phones output.

Maybe a headphone mixer? I need the hardware to show up in Cubase under my devices and then I need to be able to assign the outputs. Preferably 1/4 stereo outputs.

Any ideas please let me know.

Why not ? 19 years ago when I first started multitracking I faced the same problem. Hunted around and found an 8 input headphone splitter. I've never looked back. I still have it now and I still use it. It was cheap and cheerful and more than worth it.
