Need Help With MIDI

I have a synth rack, Planet Phatt, as well as a M-audio keystation usb (w/ no midi out/in/thru) and the midi sport device.

I want to be able to make music using the synth rack inside of Pro Tools. Any help? I've spoke with other forums as well and just can't seem to get a grasp on what I want. done.

Should be able to do what you want with the gear you've got. Use the keystation to record midi data (thru USB) into pro tools, and use the midisport device to come out of pro tools back into your planet phatt. There will be some set-up to do in pro tools, but it should work.
