Mixers to Delta 1010 question

Hey guys...

I just have a question that hopefully someone can help me with.
I have a Delta 1010 (the cheaper one with the RCA's) and my goal is to record 8 tracks simultaneously. Now my question is....can I record 4 tracks out of a Yamaha 12/4 mixer and 4 tracks out of a Mackie 1402 at the same time? I wasn't sure if using 2 different mixers at the same time would throw the tracks out of sync? Can anybody help me here or point me to some help.

Thanks You

That'll work.

Be sure and plug your computer and the mixers and whatever other gear all on the same GROUNDED circuit.

If the power requirements of your rig exceed the rated ampacity of the circuit, then use a second circuit OF THE SAME PHASE.

Thanks so much for the reply. :)
Another quick question.
Are the preamps in the Yamaha 12/4 and the Mackie 1402VLZ fairly similar to each other in terms of quality?

Once again, I appreciate the help here.

I'd like to know that one myself as I have never used a Mackie.

Listen to what C7sus said about plugging everything into the same outlet. I had a bad ground loop that was shocking me because I had my mixer and pc running off of different outlets.
