Mixer+PCI soundcard or USB Interface?

Hi,First of all I'm from Argentina so ,sorry for my bad english!!:D

I'm starting with my homestudio, I just want to record 2 tracks at once, just voice and guitar (with no amp, just procces it with GuitarRig) , so a 2 x 2 full duplex card or usb interface will be enough.
So, which is better option for me:

Tapco Mixer MIX 60 + Terratec Phase 22 = u$s 196

or

Lexicon Alpha or Fast TRack USB = u$s 192

I could buy a Infrasonic Quartet or a M-Audio Audiophile 2496 for the same money, but If bought it , I would lose the Pre-amp and the Phantom Power!

Please help me!:confused:

If you are sure that you will only need two channels to record at once then a usb interface with on board mic pre's w/phatom power would work fine for mixing in software.

And I had to look on a dictionary to know what IHMO and YMMV means!!
I´m form Argentina , so my english is very poor.
