I tried installing Kx driver last night and ran into problems. My system consists of
Dell P4 with Windows XP home
Soundblaster Audigy EX
I tried to install the program last night and my computer said that the installation program was causing problems and it shut down the program. The reason that I wanted to use the Kx program is because I understand that it is compatable with soundfonts. I have another program that I have been using, but have not been able to get the soundfonts to work with the MIDI tracks. I know that soundfonts and the Audigy are not the best combanation out there, but it is good enough quality for what I am doing and I don`t have any extra cash to spend, so it will have to do for now. Also with the sound card they included a copy of Cubasis. I have not messed around with it yet and didn`t know if it is soundfont compatable. Thanks for any advice that you can send my way.
