Interface with 2 guitar inputs

This Tascam iU2 comes SO close for me. However I need two guitar inputs. Any suggestions? iOS, OSX and Win compatibility wanted. Have new iPad with lightning connector so support for that connection ideal.

Get a pair of Countryman Type 85 direct boxes and use any interface with two mic inputs.

Well, if Win compatiblity is low priority (and why wouldn't it be if you're already an IOS and OSX cat), and you said nothing about budget, what about the Apogee Duet:

The Duet's instrument impedance of 2MOhm will be high enough for many instruments. The 10MOhm impedance of the Type 85's input will be high enough for just about anything, including piezoelectric pickups.
