I'm not getting any audio through my interface.

Two hours ago, my entire setup was working perfectly. I left to eat, came back, and I can't hear anything out of my speakers, even though everything is working perfectly. My computer is successfully outputting music to either my laptop speakers or my interface, and my interface is successfully outputting music to my speakers via direct monitoring, everything is on, plugged in, and I've restarted by computer five times. Absolutely no sounds are coming from my computer through my interface. I've checked all the settings and plugs and cables but NOTHING IS WORKING. I'm using a Behringer U-PHORIA UMC404HD and yes, the "mix" knob is at the right setting. My volume is up on everything, and it's all plugged in. My computer says that it's sending the audio to the right place in the playback devices settings. I'm lost and have no more ideas. Anyone with any insight?

I had this same problem 2 weeks ago. I did two things and I can't say which cured it.
1) I turned off my antivirus software while turning off my wifi
2) I went into Sonar 8 and switched it from ASIO to WDM and then back to ASIO

This seems to have cured the issue for me.
