How to hook up my mixer

Hi i am new with mixers and I just bought a Behringer XENYX 1222FX Mixer with USB Audio Interface. I am only doing vocal hip hop recording in my studio. I am using pro tools and a mbox mini, and i have a ART preamp/compressor hooked up , how and what is the best way to hook up this new mixer i bought? thank you for your help
