I just bought a Layla and am waiting for my Midisport4X4
to arrive. In the meantime I want to use my Layla midi out
port to control my DR-202. It seems to half work, but then after a while the DR-202 starts making all kinds of weird noises. I'm using Cakewalk on a Pentium 200MHz platform (don't worry, I'm going to buy a better system from Wave Digital soon). Do you think the Layla midi out is messed up? I bought it new from Musicians Friend. I can't even get it to work good for a midi out click track. I only have midi channel 10 turned on in the DR-202.
