Help me find the perfect souncard!!!

I am into house music.
I bought my power PC and all I need now is a Sound card, but what one????
I will be using the Reason software because I heard it is the best for Loop based music?
Is this true?
I am looking at the Audiophile 24/96 or the Delta serious sound cards.
Any recomendations?

I won't be using any ardware for a while due to my budget.
If anything I will be getting a Midi controller keyboard.
I heard that I really don't need all the hardware yet because Reason does most of the work for me.
I am willing to spend up to $250.00 the most.
Any suggestions?
