Good sounding, Cheap sound card for playback only.

I'm trying to quickly outfit a second computer for playing my mixes out. As you often see on his board, I too only have a shoestring budget. I've read that the Turtle Beach Santa Cruz has quite good sound for a consumer card (three 20bit stereo outs for ~ $65). Can anyone confirm or deny this? Or recommend another very inexpensive model?

Remember, I'm only interested in playback, so I don't care about the A/D converters.

I also plan on mixing separate high frequency and low frequency tracks, using the entire dynamic range for each, then balancing the levels at the amps in a bi-amped sound system.

Do you think I have any hope of getting high quality sound this way?

Thanks,
