I am running cubase vst with a MOTU 2408. I would like to start using giga sampler but for some reason i can't get it to work with my configuration. Can someone tell me if you have any ideas or if you are currently using giga sampler with the same configuration ?

which version of cubase and gigasampler do you use? I use vst32 50 and there is no problems with using it with gigasampler 16. if you wanted to use gigastudio you would have to have a big cpu and enormous amount of ram. with my 450k6 and 128 ram i can just use gsampler16 and if i want to record gigapiano i have to use two drives in udma66 mode becouse in other way it doesn't work properly.
Of course to be able to use gig with cubase you must set cubase as a sequencer in gigasmpler and than run it from gigasampler - you can't have them run in the other way but i am sure you have knonw it before.
