Free program taking multiple inputs at once?

Hey there!
I'm recording exclusively on tape though I need to make some backups from tape using my friends' Tascam 16-track soundcard.
My question is if there's any free program suitable for this purpose? Audacity won't do the trick and I'm afraid my trial of Adobe has expired.
 
Reaper works on an honour system; You pay a small amount to remove a nag screen from the intro.

It will do the job you're asking, though.
