EMU 0404 VS Audiophile 2496

Ok I'm not sure what soundcard out of these two to get. I'm intending to go from my soundcard into a yamaha 12/4 mixer to record me (on my own) and my band guitar (2 microphones) drums (4 microphones) vocals (dubbed over later). What one of these would be better? I know the word better is subjective but...help.

Ok I see he solved his problem with the Delta 44. What would be better for connecting the yamaha? digital or 1/4 jacks?

That yammy board does not have digital out so it will have to be 1/4"
