Digital converter for pre Amp? External of interface

Hi I have a Audient id22 interface and a tone beast pre Amp ....I was hoping to free up the inputs on my id22 by getting a single ADC for the tone beast, and routing it through the spdif/adat connection of the id22....I'm not bothered about monitoring quality, just that it converts high quality as good as the id22

Anyone have any suggestions if a converter?
