Delta 1010lt Headphone Usage

Is it possible to use headphones with this card..? I expected to be able to directly plug in a pair of headphones either with a 1/4 jack or the normal CD player jack... I'm a little upset that I can't.. I have no other means of listening to playback besides my headphones.. Do I need some kind of adapter or what..?

hey there sean, i have the 1010lt too and use headphones with it. well sorta, you have to hook the headphones to your sound output on your regular soundcard. then you have to connect an output from the 1010lt to the line in on your sound card (radio shack sells an rca to 1/4" adapter cord). then, go into the m-audio control panel, go to patchbay/router tab and on the far left column where it says "h/w out 1/2" check the "h/w in 1/2" setting. that's how i do it. i basically do everything through headphones and i've only been using one xlr input. hope this helps
