Decent Audio Interface For Windows XP?

Hi -- Any suggestions for a decent interface to use on a PC running Windows XP, SP II? I'll likely be using Reaper or Audacity. I have an M-Audio KeyRig49 controller. Crappy old soundcard (but I guess that doesn't matter, right?). Don't need to record more than two tracks at a time. I want 2.0 speed. Low latency.

I've been considering:

E-MU 0404
E-MU 0202
Tascam US-144

Others? Any suggestions or experiences to share regarding the above? I'm stuck with this price range, unfortunately....
