dealing with electric noise

Hey,
I'm using the EDIROL FA-66 Firewire audio card, Samson Resolv 65a monitors and a Mac Pro.
now i'm having this (View attachment noise.mp3) noise when nothing's played, and it also appears on my recordings,
i tried playing with the power cords' places in my room but it didn't matter (i thought maybe it has something to do with electricity)..
anyway, i want to get rid of that. should i buy a new card? or threat the electricity in my room? don't know what to do

The noise sounds like it's related to the power line, but it's difficult to tell for sure. This may help:
