choosing a laptop

Hi folks,

i've been considering buying a laptop so i can still do my music when away from home. i was wondering if anyone can give me pointers on what i should be looking out for, i was just looking at this one as an idea but this is way out of my price range

my price range is £1200 (excluding soundcard), the one on the link seems to have a lot of stuff on it but i wondered if it is all necessary?

I will be running cubase hooked up to reason and recording no more than 2 tracks at once. any advice would be much appreciated.

Get the fastest hard drive you can, 5200rpm minimum, 7200 and up preferred.

The other specs looked fine...doublecheck the HD speed.

Do you know if it is necessary to have 2 hard drives?
