Best MB with these specs...

I am building a new PC, and haven't done it for about a year and a half...lots has changed in thast time so I'm asking here. Cause you guys rock!

Here's what my new mobo has to support, and I want the best there is. Dual PIII 133FSB, at least 1G RAM, ATA100, AGP4x, pref no video or audio built on. It HAS to be stable and durable.

So whats the buzz on the new stuff out there? I noticed there are a few more P3 chipsets out there than when I put together my last one. Got any proven ideas for me?

One thing...
I was looking at the ASUS CUV266-DLS . It's a P3 dual board with DDR RAM?? That sounds wierd. Anyone know about it?

Maybe more up my line is the CUV4X-D, IF it has been used and is not problematic. I like the 4GB RAM Max, I'd have to max that out.
