Hi, after one year of great work.. yesterday I have a terrible latency at "input" connectors of the Behringer U202.. reinstalling the driver... and nothing.. Can anybody help me please?.. Thanks
p.s.: I sent a note for the behringer crew too. Today, Nov/4th, Behringer crew said that maybe is my software configuration... I answer that comment: When you put something in the "Input" connector, there isn't any software to configure, 'couse is just that you put a Microphone on it.." !!..

PC configuration: I7 with 8Gbram, win7 64bit ultimate..
Whats in the U202 input?: Kurzweil SPX2 - big latency
Midi connection: usb, Sonar x2.. No latency.
Amplified by: Carver M200t, preAmp Carver C-1
Loudspeaker: ESB
Thanks again..

Dear mitchellx,

Thanks for your question. To be clear, are you utilizing a UCA202? BEHRINGER does not currently manufacture a "U202."

Have you tried the headphone monitor? What were your results?

Can you pleaes specify what software are you recording with?

The issue is likely with the driver and/or software. There's a couple driver options for the UCA202. You may want to assure you re-installed the most recent driver. You can find it on the product page in the downloads section of the Behringer website. (please excuse the fact that I cannot post links in this forum yet)

Please let us know if you have any more questions.

1. Check the latency in Sonar.....press F1, "this pulls up the help menu. Then press Ctrl F, "This is a search". Type is Latency in your search....press enter. This will tell you what you need to do to change the latency settings in Sonar....provided it is the same as Sonar 7.

2. Check the latency in your audio driver.....I am using a generic ASIO 4 all that is used in conjunction with a delta 1010. My Delta 1010 is basically the same thing as your Behringer UCA 202.... an Interface/ DAC....with that said....your Behringer should have some sort of software interface that you can pull up to change the latency settings. For this...I would go to Behringers website....find the op manual for the UCA 202...then search for latency within it....

Not sure if this will help....but with any latency issue I have ever had...this fixed it.

Thanks for All!!!! I resolved at last!!!..
Here is the resume of facts. After no sound from my keyboard connected in the "InPut" of the UCA202, I tried with the mixer of the win7... and after activating the "listen to this device".. I Listen to the piano with a big delay... No software here.. It's a direct connection from the piano to the uca202... So, I dismounted the UCA202... and with the "Clean Contact Sprayer" on the Monitor Switch, I noted that the sound returned without delay, with a double sound delayed... so, deactivating in the mixer the option: "listen to this device", I have my "on-time" sounds!!!!..
byebye.
