Behringer mixer problems

I have a Behringer Eurorack UB1202 mixer that I have connected to my PC. I have an Audigy 2 soundcard installed and my problem is connecting the two together so that I can hear the tracks already on Cubase or Adobe Audition whilst hearing the new track I am trying to record. I hope this info is clear as it's got me in a right tangle. I used a tape machine and mixer before and had no problems but this one WOW, Any help would be appreciated, Dave H

headphone amp. there are some decent ones for $99.99 you connect the controlroom/headphone out of the mixer to the headphone amp and split the signal from the audigy to go to your speakers and the headphone amp also. adjust to your liking

Sounds like you're hearing the LINE-OUT of PC and adding it back into the mix.
You're trying to do both recording mixing and monitoring at the same time.

There are a few possible solutions, like another mixer or split the line-out, with one going back to Behringer, and the other going to a headphone set-up or monitors.
When recording, mute the channel(s) of the line-out from PC.
You want to monitor "in between" PC and mixer.

Another option, is to not use the Behringer mixer for recording.
This would solve the problem completely.

Don't forget the Audigy will have it's own mixer.
Sometime you need to mute Line-in when not recording.
