Anyone heard of/ use SAW Pro/ Studio?

I have heard this audio program SAW Pro is meant to be really good. It is less than 1.5mb in size, is VST/Direct X FX compatable, written by one man and some people are saying it is the best thing since sliced bread.

Anyone use it or heard anything about it? For a program that is so small is very expensive indeed!
