Alesis..... Service centre in Melbourne Australia??

Hi guys, wanting to get my Alesis 26io interface repaired due to a suspect (I suspect) bad FW port. Not recognised all of a sudden. Any help appreciated! Cheers.

OK, where are you, apart from I hit a live electric bass repeatedly with a maraca, so I needed to mic the maraca and the bass amp at the same time. I would find a Alesis seller nearby and ask them who the wholesaler is, then follow them up for a service centre near you.
