TASCAM MTS-1000 Help Needed

A TASCAM MTS-1000 recently arrived to further my plans for syncing up two TSR-8s. The MTS-1000 came without a manual or cables. I'm confident I can make the cables, however arduous the process might be, but I have no pinout. In addition, this is my first sequencing device, and I'm lost as to how to make it work. Is there anyone out there with a copy of the manual or who could point me in the right direction? I've scoured the Internet to no avail. By the way, this is my first post, and, if it's in the wrong area, I'll rectify the situation.
