Seriously...if you are wanting advice you need to provide some detail as suggested above. Otherwise if you are just trying to get a buyer there is a FSBO forum here on homerecording.com and you should use that...and include details...and maybe just say “will consider reasonable offers” or something like that if you’re unsure of the value.
