Otari MX5050 AC voltages completly off?

Hey! Sorry it's taking me so long to get around to this.

I took some readings again, and I think the transformer is probably fine now that I'm measuring it correctly. Thanks for saving me the hassle of finding that out later . . . .

Anyway, here are my readings at the transformer secondaries.
U1 to U2 (21V)
U1 to U3 (21V)
U4 to U5 (20V)
U10 to U11 (29V)
U6 to U7 (22V)
U6 to U12 (30V)
U8 to U9 (9.2V)

Off by a bit, but it doesn't look like enough to think that the transformer is the problem I would imagine.

Interestingly, while doing these tests, the MX5050 blew the same fuse and resistor on the new(er) power supply pcb as it did on the last one. FS703 and R712.

So, me thinks the problem is downstream somewhere. Hmmmmm. . . .

The copy of the schematic I have is so shitty I cant read the numbers well. Is FS703 on the input to the 5 Volt regulator?

Yes it is on the input to the 5 volt regulator.

And R712 is in series with the -25DCV outputs. If you send me you email, I can get you a better copy. I don't think it's exactly a service manual but it does have easily legible schematics and parts lists and exploded view diagrams.
