Stand Up Comity
I picked up a Yamaha CR620 reciever off ebay. It arrived today. The thing looks BRAND NEW, and is about 28 years old. The wood cabinet is pristine. It's smooth with my Jamo Cornet 40 IVs.

Now I gotta get a turntable...

I thought you just got a turntable?

I did, but it's in the living room entertainment center. The preamp there is an old NAD, so it's only got one tape loop and one AUX. The video stuff is being routed through the VCR to the NAD and the CD chager to AUX. Plus, it's a bear to get the turntable in and out of the entertainment center.

It would be very difficult to rip LPs to CD there.

Isn't that more of DJ than audiophile turntable?
It is more geared towrds that, yeah. My was refurbished and the price was right. Plus I have plans to use some of its DSP features.

Maybe it's not the right one for you.....
