Need help with echo problem on mixer

Whenever I'm doing my podcast on spreaker.com if I hit the unmute button to my mic while the music is playing , it makes an echoey sound. Is there any way to stop that??

That's the start of feedback.

The audio coming out of the speakers is being picked up by the mic, amplified, and sent out the speakers.
This loop continues over and over. If you turn up the speakers they will eventually just squeal at you.

The way to stop it is to mute the mic or mute the speakers.

You may find there's a way to split the mic signal so that it is broadcast to your listeners but not heard through your own monitors/headphones.
That'd fix it, but be aware that your listeners will be able to hear whatever else is coming out of your speakers.

If, for example, you're broadcasting music directly to them but also listening to it over your speakers, they'll hear the music directly and via your mic with a delay.
Messy stuff....

The best bet is probably just to stick to headphones.
