Hello everyone-
I Have a Fostex R8 and just aquired an MTC-1B for it. I am attempting to get it to work but so far am scratching my head. I would like to sync the recorder up to my Pro Tools System via midi. I have some ten year old stuff that was done on one of these machines and so I am trying to remix it. I got the mtc-1b without a manual so I haven't a clue how to get it working. I can see where I plug it in and set the level of the timecode track but it has all these dip switches that need to be set to tell it how to function. I'm hoping maybe somebody here has an old MTC-1b manual they could scan in or knows how to work it? Or maybe somebody knows somebody??
