Hey everyone. It turns out that my family had a radio/cassette player that I could use. It worked perfectly and I was using to play a buncha tapes. Just 20 mins. ago, it started making a noise. Imagine wind blowing against the microphone of a video camera. It does this for all the tapes now. What happened? Is the head messed up? All the functions work. The radio and CD player work too. I notice that the music plays through this noise slightly.
"Nahhhhhhhhhhhh mannnnnnnnnnn. I ain't touching that mic. That thing's expensive."

It works now! I just blew into the slot. Maybe a piece of dust was stuck in there?!

You're lucky! I'd usually have to punch mine to get it to go!

    Cheers!

    Well, I've noticed another thing!

It's one delinquent cassette that's causing all this mischief. It starts with one, then others start making the sound as a result.
