Power switch on EuroRack UB502?

Ok, completely dumb question warning....

I bought my first mic (SM57) and mixer (the aforementioned UB502) to do some simple home recordings on my computer. The thing is, I plug in the UB502, the little blue light goes on telling me it has power, but how do you turn off the unit? Do I always have to unplug it from the power bar when I'm finished? Are mixers all intended to be plugged into a main power bar used solely for your recording gear, such that you only turn it on when you're recording? My power bar is also home to my desk lamp, CD player, and floor lamp outlets.

See, I -told- you it was a dumb question :)

Yes. Or turn off the power bar. Or just leave it on.

No, but any mixer costing under a couple of hundred dollars typically has a number of cost-saving "features" built in - like no power switch.

My $500 Avalon preamp has no power switch either, but I just shut off the power conditioner to turn off everything in the rack.
