I have a Phonic Helix Board 12 Firewire mixer which I used as my recording interface until it developed a really bad hum even with nothing connected.
I'm pretty sure that the power supply is broken but I can't seen to find a replacement anywhere online.
I've opened 2 tickets on the Phonic support page which have been ignored and the help chat is always unavailable.
Have they gone out of business?
Can anyone suggest a supplier for replacement adaptor before i have to bin the mixer and buy a new one?
