MXR Ten Band eq.

just got this pedal, i think it's great so far , does exactly what it's supposed to , i run in through the effects loop in my Blackstar HT Stage 60. first i eq'd the amp to sound , then tweaked with the pedal.. is this how you do it? or should all amp knobs be at 12oclock then eq from pedal.? anyway, any thoughts on the pedal or guitar eqing in general would be great.

EQ it until it sounds good. No rules.

I typically use mine to boost mids, so I get the amp where I want it and then fine tune with the pedal.

MXR-10 in the loop to fine tune fine details. Although I never use it anymore since getting the JVM410.
