Motif ES Rack no sound in voice mode

Just bought an old Motif ES Rack. It did play find for a few minutes, but a few hours later, there was no sound coming out when played in VOICE mode. It seems to affect only the VOICE mode since I was able to play piano in MULTI mode. In VOICE mode the VOICE button lits up as I play the keys. Anyone familiar with this problem? Thanks in advance,

I got my own solution. My keyboard controller is Alesis QS6.2....
I set the keyboard mode to "Norm"

MIX
EDIT
BANK -> (GLOBAL)
PAGE ->
Go to Keyboard Mode: Norm <------
