Thinking about pulling the trigger on a Millenia HV-3C mic preamp. I'll be using it primarily for recording guitar, mandolin, and other acoustic instruments (bluegrass music). I also have a Universal Audio LA-610 preamp I use for vocals. I'll be selling a Universal Audio Solo-610 as it is rather redundant with the LA-610. Not sure if the Millenia HV-3C is good for vocals or not? I have some nice mics...a Manley Reference Gold, Royer R-122, a stereo pair of AT-4041s among some other "lesser" mics.
Anyway, just wondering if the Millenia would pretty much complete my home recording set up? Any other suggestions? Thanks.
