just wondering if anyone owns this thing - i've heard its got a few good reverb settings for the price. i'm also wondering if the onboard compressors are any good at all, even just for live vocals?

Yes... I use it live and analog side of my studio (can Fx's), works very well right out of the box for the money spent.
